HOI makes no guarantees that special requests can or will be accommodated; however, we will take all answers into consideration as we assign rooms and roommates.

The primary Application is for the Tenant - this is the person who will be actually living at the Inn and will sign the Lease. All answers provided in the Tenant's application must be correct for the Tenant. PLEASE DO NOT PUT INFORMATION FOR A PARENT OR BENEFACTOR IN THE TENANT'S APPLICATION. We realize that some students are very young and have little to no credit history - that's ok. In those instances, please leave the fields either blank or include "N/A". If you are a parent or benefactor who is applying to be a Guarantor, please put your own information in a separate Co-Signer application. An additional application fee of $45 will be charged. We may run credit and background checks on both the Applicant and the Guarantor. The application fee must be paid at the end of the process. If you do not pay the fee, we will not receive your application at all, even if you completed Step 1. Room preferences will be assigned in the order that your application is submitted so it's best to get your application in early!
